This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use RxGain — a pharmacy inventory platform operated by Careerlinkk — at rxgain.ng and through our mobile application.

• Pharmacy or business name
• Business address and contact details
• NAFDAC license number (if provided)
• Payment information (processed by Paystack — we never store card numbers)
• Product inventory data you enter
• Staff profiles you create

3.2 Information collected automatically:

• IP address and approximate location
• Browser type and version
• Device type (mobile, tablet, desktop)
• Pages visited and time spent
• Login timestamps and session duration
• Error logs and crash reports

3.3 Information from third parties:

• Payment verification from Paystack
• WhatsApp delivery status from Twilio
• Email delivery status from Resend

We use your data only for these purposes:

a) Providing our service: Running your pharmacy management account. Sending expiry alerts and AI insights. Processing payments.

b) Improving our service: Analyzing usage patterns (anonymized). Fixing bugs and improving performance. Developing new features.

c) Communication: Service notifications and alerts. Account updates and receipts. Customer support responses.

d) Legal compliance: Meeting NDPR/NDPA requirements. Responding to lawful government requests. Fraud prevention.

We DO NOT:

• Sell your data to any third party.
• Use your pharmacy inventory data for advertising.
• Share your data with competitors.
• Store your data outside Nigeria without consent.

Under NDPR/NDPA, we process your data on:

• Contract performance: to provide the service.

• Consent: for marketing communications (you can withdraw anytime).

We share data only with these trusted processors:

All international processors are bound by data processing agreements ensuring NDPR-equivalent protections under Standard Contractual Clauses.

We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your data.

We retain your data for:

• Active account: for the duration of your subscription.
• Cancelled account: 90 days after cancellation.
• Payment records: 7 years (Nigerian tax law).
• Audit logs: 3 years.
• Backup copies: deleted within 30 days of main deletion.

After retention period: permanently and irreversibly deleted.

As a data subject, you have the right to:
